Testing my own Scratch and asking Zahra to also evaluate it.

Testing my own Scratch and asking Zahra to also evaluate it.

Test 1:  The program must have clear instructions for the user

i do not have  clear instructions however i have an error with my costumes. whenever i click the costumes to answer it does not work.

Hadeya's quiz does not have any clear instructions at the beginning. It just goes to the first question straight away. I think she should use the SAY code to explain the rules of the game. Instructions are important because it tells the reader what to do otherwise the user will not know how to play the game.
TEST 2: THE PROGRAM MUST BE ERROR FREE.
I need to add the code that changes the questions and allows the user to choose one of the answers from the options.

Hadeya has only included the first question. You cannot chose the right answer because it has no code to tell it when to click. I think she can add more questions and go through the work step by step.

TEST 3: THE PROGRAM MUST HAVE MEANINGFUL VARIABLES

Test 4: The program must be documented well in the blog so that I can come back to it at a later date to make alterations to it if needed.

Test 5: The quiz has to be generated in question number order.

I have not done that because I do not have more than 1 question and I have not made the code for the questions yet. so i cant really have an order .

TESTING OUR SCRATCHES

Here is the check list / testing plan

I will test my quiz to make sure it works while I create it. I will also test it after I have finished coding to make sure it works fully as planned. I shall do the testing myself but I shall also ask Zahra
to test certain parts of it. I shall be a test buddy for Zahra.
Here are the tests:-
Test 1:  The program must have clear instructions for the user.
Test 2: The program must be error-free
Test 3: The program must have meaningful variables.
Test 4: The program must be documented well in the blog so that I can come back to it at a later date to make alterations to it if needed.
Test 5: The quiz has to be generated in question number order.
Test 6: The progr
TESTING STRATEGY & PLANam has to keep a score of all the correctly answered questions.
Test 7:The quiz should have a fail screen
Test 8:the costumes must be named appropriately
Test 9:The question should make sense
Test 10:Is the background suitable for the quiz

TESTING
Add screenshots to each of the test items above as evidence that you have tested them. For each test, explain the various states of the program (e.g. show what happens when the score increases).

EVALUATE
In your blog, evaluate how well your quiz works. What are its strengths? How could you improve it further if you had more time?

!BROADCASTING THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, THE QUIZ IS ALMOST READY!!!!!!!!!!
I am using the broadcast so my scratch can actually say the question. I will then repeat the same thing but write the number of the next question. this is also know as a loop. i have also used an if statement so if something happens than something else should happen. In this case  for my scratch , if the player gets 3 answers wrong than the player will be taken to the fail screen.

STEP 1. MAKING THE COSTUMES,SPRITES AND BACKGROUND
(sorry for the weird thing on the left cant get rid of it !)
Getting on with our quiz!!!
Now we are experimenting in class
